Nikki is a classically trained, professional dancer and has been teaching dance and body conditioning since 1997. Pilates has played an important role in Nikki's life throughout her dance career and was crucial in restoring her body after the birth of her twins. As a qualified Pilates instructor Nikki believes that the STOTT method is the best way to achieve a fit and healthy body.
